What is involved in Behavioural Management in terms of senior care?

Behavioral Management is ensuring needs are met, engaging our clients in soothing/calming activities, keeping noise to a minimum, speaking in a calm manner, playing music, be reassuring and don't argue or try to correct the person, changing the environment or redirecting. Helping the person feel safe and trusting. Behavioral management deals with many different behaviors, so it is also a person-centred approach.
