How to protect yourself from common running injuries?

Everyone runs for a reason and everyone either keeps running or stops for a reason. Running is one of the best forms of fitness and the human frame is ideally suited to running. As long as some important boundaries are maintained, you can enjoy being a runner for the rest of your life while also increasing your lifespan!

And, as many runners will attest, once you start running, it’s hard to quit…it becomes an “addiction”, an obsession and a lifestyle…think Forest Gump! 

For these reasons, running injury prevention has to be at the forefront of a runner’s mind. I talk about this in more detail in my short video below which I took after hosting a Running Injury Prevention Workshop.
